As part of our coaching engagement I would like you to take one or more assessments. Many of the assessments are online. The process for taking the online assessment(s) is simple. Here are the steps:
1. I will tell you which online assessment(s) I want you to take.
2. Go to the assessment website: http://online.cpp.com
3. Once on the site, you will need to login and enter a password. Both are case sensitive so you will need to use all lower case characters. I will give you the User Name and Password. Don’t worry about entering the User ID at this point – it will be assigned later and is used when you return to the site.
4. Once you have logged into the site you will see a list of many possible assessments and you will be instructed to click on the assessment(s) that I have arranged for you. If I have ordered more than one assessment, you will need to complete each assessment before you can begin another one.
5. When you have completed the assessment, you can log out of the site. When you log out, you will be assigned a User ID. WRITE IT DOWN because you can’t get back into the site to view your results without it.
6. If you can’t complete the entire assessment in one sitting, you may log out even if your have only partially completed the assessment. You can then log back in and complete the assessment when you have the time. When you log out for the first time you will be issued your User ID. WRITE IT DOWN because you can’t get back into the site to view your results without it.
7. Once you have completed the assessment log out of the site. I am notified as soon as the report is ready. We will review the results at our next coaching session.
